Tillamook is a city located on the Oregon coast along highway 101. The city of Tillamook is the county seat of Tillamook County and according to Wikipedia the city had an estimated population of 4,675 in 2006.
When people mention Tillamook the first thing that comes to mind is the famous Tillamook Cheese factory which attracts many people from all over. This is one of the main attractions the city offers to its visitors. You can’t miss it because it is located along highway 101 as you leave the city.

There is a lot to see in Tillamook and it is too bad I did not have the chance to stay longer so I could discover a little more about this beautiful town. This town has a lot to tell especially about its rich history and its people.
This is downtown Tillamook. Highway 101 cuts right through the heart of the city.
You can see the hangar with large letters of the Air Museum in the distance as you drive on highway 101.
This is the entrance to the Air Museum which is evident by the airplane in plain sight.
