Missing the Rogue Valley

I lived in Talent and in Medford for two years while I worked in Ashland. It was absolutely the most beautiful area I have lived in, and I have lived in many! The people are kind, patient, and courteous. I loved the weather...just enough rain and snow to make life interesting. The only down side was that sometimes during the winter, it is not possible to get out of the Rogue Valley because of passes closed from the snow both north and south. The airport is a disappointment with few flights that are VERY expensive. Other than that, I adore the whole area.
